harf Accommodations

Located at One Bannister's Wharf in Newport, RI, our guestrooms consist of four waterfront rooms, each with two double beds. These four waterfront rooms open onto a common harbor side deck. Our fifth room has one queen bed, a view of the famous Newport Yachting Center that extends into the South West corner of the Harbor looking inland. From the deck of this room you can sit and watch the world make its way up and down Bannister's Wharf and enjoy the hustle and bustle of Wharf life without having to be in it! Sharing the same deck is our harbor side 'studio apartment' S1.   This studio apartment has one bedroom with a queen size bed and seating area with a connecting bedroom (double bed).

We also offer 2 and 3 bedroom rooms located just above the Brahmin handbag store, in a historical building here on the wharf. These guestrooms have a wet bar, lounge area each.  There is no deck or water view from these rooms, but they provide a spacious home away from home for your vacation with views of the wharf and shops.

All guest rooms have mini-coffee makers, hairdryers, private bathrooms, cable/internet, refrigerator and air conditioning/heat for your comfort. We are open year-round and welcome small dogs up to 50 lbs.  in several but not all rooms (no cats-other pets) @ $25 per dog, per night.

All Rooms are non smoking.  Please call for accessibility information.

High Season May - October

Room reservations require a credit card for a one night deposit.   Room cancellation Policy is 14 days for a full refund of your one night deposit.  Unfortunately, we do not accept bachelor/bachelorette parties at our guestroom location.
